The Castle Green Hotel in Kendal is a 99 bedroom 4* hotel, on the edge of the Lake District. The Greenhouse restaurant, is a contemporary and stylish eating area. We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join our food and beverage team. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. The successful candidate will have the following attributes; a passion for the hospitality industry, be able to lead and motivate the restaurant team, 1-2 years experience of working in a similar environment, with experience of working with large numbers and attention to detail for standards of service and able to coach and manage younger members of the team
