The Marksman - A Half Day Family Friendly Woodland Archery and Shooting Experience with Green Man Survival

Join Green Man Survival in our private woodland on the shores of Windermere for an action packed experience getting to grips with the ancient skill of archery, the modern craft of precision shooting with a scoped air rifle, and getting to grips with a semi automatic BB pistol. 

We will start on our archery range honing your aim with the bow and you will soon be hitting targets and building your confidence before the real challenge of moving, stalking and making that shot count when it matters the most. 

On our custom built field archery range we have numerous targets hidden away in our woodland for you to find. Forget that dusty old archery session you did before, this is real surviving! 

There is always time for hot chocolate and s’mores! And in our wilderness bushcraft camp we can enjoy sitting around the campfire toasting a marshmallow or two before we move onto our favourite event: time to break out the sniper rifle!

We will head to the range and master the fundamentals of precision shooting using range finders, breathing technique and trigger control. With loads of challenging targets at various distances, our range is unlike anything else!

Once you're dialled in and hitting those targets it’s time to put your skills to the test on “Jungle Lane”. Here you will move with your rifle between various shooting positions at different ranges and use your binoculars to dial in your scope and make that shot. One shot, one hit!

Now you have been hitting targets at range we will get up close and personal with our pistols. You will soon be nailing targets and cans with double tapping abandonment.

All our experiences are offered on a private booking basis for you and your group, and you have complete flexibility to choose your own date for your experience. The minimum requirement is two adult tickets when booking this private activity.
