Holiday Cottages at Ullswater Holiday Park
About
Our holiday cottages are cosy and fully equipped for all your needs whilst staying with us. Cosy up with the family for a movie/game night in or enjoy a family hike to Aira Force or Pooley Bridge. We are the perfect base for hiking around the local area or enjoy a day on the Lake which is just 1 mile away.
Each cottage has:
• Two bedrooms plus a fold up bed (only suitable for children up to 12 years), creating sleeping accommodation for 4 or 5 people
• Living room with television and DVD player (not blu-ray)
• Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge
• Private shower room and WC
• Holiday Homes 3 & 4 are provided with central heating in winter months from the last week in October - 30th April (7am-10am & 4pm - 11pm), with an electric fire for Summer months.
• Holiday Homes 6,7,8 are provided with all year round timed central heating.
• Holiday Home 9 has storage heaters and immersion.
• Holiday Home 10 has storage heaters and immersion, sleeps up to 4 persons with additional conservatory and lake view.
Cottages 3, 4, 9 & 10 have beautiful views towards Ullswater and to the fells beyond. We do offer some pet friendly holiday accommodation at an extra cost of £5 per night, per dog.
There is plenty of space in front of the cottages, emphasising the spacious and open country feel of the Park and enabling visitors to keep a car outside.
Holiday cottages are available for short breaks and for weekly hire from Friday to Friday, or Monday to Monday.

Road Directions
From junction 40 Penrith, please follow the A592 to Ullswater Lake, turn right once you have reached the junction at the lake and follow for 2 miles arriving at the village of Watermillock. Keep going passed the Brackenrigg Hotel until the bottom of the hill and turn right at the junction, signpost says Ullswater Holiday Park. You will pass Watermillock Village Hall on the left-hand side, please continue further up the hill around three bends. Carry on until you reach the sign for the campsite and turn right on to Ullswater Holiday Park.

TRAIN: Our nearest train station is in Penrith which is 7.6 miles away.
BUS: The closest bus stop is just 1 mile down the hill. You can use the 508 bus if you are wanting to travel to either Penrith, Glenridding, Patterdale or Windermere.
