Wayside Cottage 1637 is a charming old (circa 1637) two bedroom cottage attached to The Wayside. Designed for visitors that seek relaxing stay in an idyllic & traditional setting within the Lake District with modern comforts.
A lovingly renovated traditional cottage full of character and modern comfort.It is nestled at the foot of the majestic Black Combe in the western Lake District National Park. A perfect place for adventures on the fells, strolling on the sunset beach, or simply to relax.
The Cottage is a separate living area from The Wayside, and has a large dining area with a rustic kitchen, lounge, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large conservatory with beautiful mountain view. It has a private garden and direct access to The Wayside and Whisky Barn.
A well behaved dog is welcome to stay in the ground floor (a small additional charge will be applied).
