Brought to you by the National Trust and Karen Whybrow Coaching, join this transformational event and experience ritual, guided meditation and mindful nature bathing.
Come together in circle to pause and look at the love and joy you have and bring to the world by being your whole self.
We will be following nature and focusing on growth and welcoming in all we desire. We will look to our hearts and allow them to be soothed and healed then softly open to receive joy.
We will incorporate ritual, guided meditation, release and mindful nature bathing in this transformational event.
Booking is essential and tickets are £35 per person.
Meet at Wasdale Hall Lodge, Nether Wasdale, CA20 1EX. This event will go ahead if it is raining, so dress for the weather forecast and bring extra layers for the meditation. Bring a yoga mat or camping chair and bring a torch. You may also want to bring a journal.
