North View B&B combines homely comfort with a touch of French elegance. As your French host, Christel brings a refined touch to her beautifully restored red sandstone Victorian home. She speaks English, French, and Spanish, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience to all guests.

For Breakfast, Christel displays a substantial continental breakfast, a favourite among her guests. Travelling North on the M6 From M6 junction 40 take the third exit for Penrith town centre. Go straight across the mini roundabout with Cranston on the left. Continue straight on and pass the railway station on the left. At the next mini-roundabout, take the first exit and carry on uphill for 100 meters. At the roundabout, go straight across and pass the WCF shop on the left and Morrisons on the right. Carry on downhill and turn left on Duke Street (A6). You are now in a one-way system. Stay on the right lane and take the right turn as if you were doubling back towards the town centre. Take the first left into Portland Place. At mini roundabout go straight over. You are now on Wordsworth Street. North View B&B is at the top of the street on the right-hand side. SAT NAV CA117QY should bring you to the B&B Travelling South on the M6 Coming from Carlisle, take the junction 41. At the roundabout, take the second exit (B5305) for Penrith. At the next roundabout, take the 5th exit (A6) towards Penrith. As you approach Penrith you will see the '30' mile sign. Take the first road on the left (Salkeld Road). Drive uphill to the roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto Beacon Edge. Wordsworth Street is the 2nd street on the right. North View B&B is only a few meters on the left-hand side. SAT NAV CA117QY should bring you to the B&B Directions from A66 East As you approach Penrith from Scotch Corner You will arrive at a big roundabout. Take the third exit into Penrith. You will pass a Tim Hortons shop on your left and the Penrith Hospital on your right. Drive into Penrith crossing 2 sets of traffic lights. Turn right just past John Norris's fishing shop. Stay on this road (Old London Road which becomes Friar Gate and then Benson Row). When you reach a double mini roundabout, go straight onto Meeting House Lane. At the next roundabout, turn right onto Wordsworth Street. Drive up to the top of the street, North View B&B will be on your right. SAT NAV CA117QY should bring you to the B&B
Walking Instructions from the Train Station As you exit the train station, go left. At the next mini roundabout, take the first exit, cross the road, and carry on uphill for 100 meters. At the roundabout, go straight across and pass the WCF shop on the left and Morrisons on the right. Carry on downhill on Brunswick Road and use the right-hand side pavement. At the bottom of the hill, cross Middlegate and pass Villa Bianca restaurant on your right. Follow the road bending left. Pass the Town Hall on your right then take the first street on your right (Portland Place). At the mini roundabout go straight over. You are now on Wordsworth Street. North View B&B is at the top of the street on the right-hand side.
