Sizergh Caravan and Camping, is a small family run site ,based on an organic dairy farm with an award winning farm shop and cafe.The site sits right by the farm lane. It's a short walk to the farm shop, café, raw milk vending machine, and milking parlour – should you wish to say hello to the cows.
Caravan Pitches
Our caravan pitches are of a very generous size, with a similar-sized adjoining area of grass. All the caravan pitches are fully-serviced, offering water, electricity, and a grey water drain. In total, there are 7 pitches for caravans, camper vans and motorhomes.
Camping pitches
We have 10 pitches for tents, with 4 pitches suitable for large tents (8 person),4 pitches suitable for medium tents (6 person) and 2 small camping pitches (2 person).All pitches have the option of electric hook up.
Our modern unisex shower block has underfloor heating and a drying room, plus a covered pot wash facility with a fridge,freezer and kettle.
Camping Pod
For those that fancy a touch of comfort, we have a fabulous camping pod. The pod sleeps 4 people, perfect for a wonderful break in the country. Inside the are 2 single beds and a sofa which converts into a double bed, plus a lovely Velux window to bring in plenty of natural light. Underfloor heating will keep you toasty and facilities include a table and chairs, fridge, kettle and microwave, cutlery and crockery. Outside there is a delightful decking area to unwind on with a morning coffee whilst savouring the setting. No dogs in pod.
Farm shop:
Our farm shops shelves reflect our passion for farming, food and the countryside. Enjoy cheeses and ice cream made from the farms organic milk, fruit and honey from our orchards, ready meals, home baking, deli takeaways, and local and speciality foods. You can also taste the herds raw milk, which is dispensed from a vending machine in front of the farm shop.
Cafe:
The cafe looks down onto the milking parlour. Our menu includes the popular Farmers breakfast, which is now available all day, delicious cakes and slices, daily specials, light lunches, and afternoon teas as well as a good selection of drinks.
