Salary: £25,000 

Find out about the Chef De Partie role.

As a Chef De Partie at BAHA you will be a key player in the kitchen and will be involved in prepare food, following recipes provided and maintaining the highest standards. Specially your role will require that you do the following:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

Follow recipes and presentation specifications

Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards

Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment

Restock items as needed throughout the shift

Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

Menu planning

Recording food temperatures

 

For this role we are looking for people who are.

Able to work in a team.

Able to cope under busy and intense conditions.

Have an interest in BAHA's food concept.

Are looking to develop their kitchen skills.
 

Ideally you will have:

1 years previous experience in a Chef De Partie role.

Be based in the local area.

Excellent time keeping.
