Salary: £11 per hour (18+)

At the BAHA you’ll be responsible for engaging with our guests during their visit, receiving/serving bar orders and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
Understand the venues Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner
Understand and interact with our reservation system
Understand food and drink menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared and follow our operational opening and closing checklists
Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
Taking cash or card/phone payments from customers
Communicate with the kitchen and the guests to ensure a smooth experience
You’ll welcome guests in a friendly manner and demonstrate amazing customer service
Answers questions about bookings, other brands, menu items ingredients, allergens and pricing
Collect food orders from the kitchen, verify that they are correct, and serve them to customers
For this role we are looking for people who are.
Previous experience within hospitality (preferred but not essential)
Experience with waiting on (preferred but not essential)
Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
Comfortable with being on camera (we love to celebrate our staff and shout about what we are doing on social media, so we are always looking for volunteers to hog the limelight).
Ideally you will have:
A passionate interest in the food and beverage world, keeping up to date with industry trends
A drive to upsell.
An ability to work for long hours standing.
The availability to work weekends & nights
Competent level of English spoken and written

Pay starts from between £9-11 per hour depending on your age and can go up to £12 with the ability to reach £12.50 if you are selected for a supervisory role.
