A Potter and a Painter.
Exhibition by two local West Coast artists. Angela Strange and Helen Bradbury
Ceramist Angela Strange is displaying several forms of Raku Japanese style pottery, smoke fired pots porcelain dishes and Chawan Japanese tea bowls. Angela is hand making glazes using the local ore ore pigment.
Helen Bradbury explores the high fells and dales, their mines and work places to draw directly from them using, graphite pencil, charcoal and iron ore paint and sp uses some of the materials that were vital to the development of our county and its people.
