Y Ddraig follows Shane as he attempts to become the first person to complete the Dragon's Back Race® in one continuous push. This legendary event is usually completed in 6 days, linking the mountainous spine of Wales in a 380km journey between Conwy Castle and Cardiff Castle. Supported by a team of loyal friends, Y Ddraig documents the exhilarating highs, exhausting lows and breathtaking scenery, as Shane is pushed to the limits of his endurance.
