Located in the South Lakes, our hotel is furnished to 5-star standard with the Brettargh Suite for ceremonies and smaller functions, and a spectacular purpose-built marquee pavilion for all occasions. The property is set in 14 acres of parkland and truly has the wow factor. It oozes the luxury that friends of The Villa have come to know and love.

In addition to the spectacular accommodation and an incredible dining experience, The Villa is also a dog-friendly hotel that strives to accommodate each of our guests so your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
The sweeping, tree lined driveway culminates in a magnificent heart shaped lawn set in-front of the imposing Victorian building, The Villa Levens Winners of ‘Wedding Venue of The Year Award’ at the Cumbria Tourism Awards 2017. Boasts photographic opportunities along with our love swing draped from one of many mature trees. The Brettargh Suite, with working bell, is the ideal ceremony room. The spectacular Pavilion with views over rolling hillside, is the perfect venue for your reception and 22 luxurious bedrooms complement the guest experience.
All 22 rooms feature superior en-suite facilities and have been tastefully designed and furnished to create the ideal atmosphere for a relaxing visit.
We offer three lovely suites and several fantastic staterooms with feature baths and beds, spectacular bathrooms with TVs, high-speed internet access along with ample car-parking.
