Rydal Hall has five meeting rooms to cater for small informal groups up to a maximum of 178 people. We also have plentiful outdoor space for activities, meditation, well-being, the perfect escape.

Our largest room is the Barn:
Perfect for larger events, practical workshops, celebrations, yoga, dancing and musical groups. Situated adjacent to the hall. It has its own toilet facilities, stage and minstrel's gallery.
Maximum capacity of 100 people theatre-style.
Conference Equipment available – screen, data projector, DVD player, CD player, flip charts, portable PA and a PA system.
Drawing Room:
Overlooking the Thomas Mawson Formal Gardens, located on the ground floor, with a maximum capacity of 50 people theatre-style. This light and airy room has original features and high ceiling.
Conference Equipment available – screen, data projector, DVD player, CD player, flip charts, portable PA and a piano.
Library:
Wood panel original library with the largest theological collection in the North West. Situated on the first floor.
Maximum capacity 12 people board-room style with an informal sofa seating area.
Conference Equipment available – TV, screen, data projector, DVD player, CD player, flip charts.
The Bishop's Room:
Sitated on the first floor, light and airy room with a large bay window overlooking the Thomas Mawson Gardens. Maximum capatity 8 people boardroom style with an informal sofa seating area.

The Loughrigg Room:
Located on the second floor, light and airy room with a large bay window overlooking the Thomas Mawson Gardens. Maximum capacity 8 people boardroom-style with an informal sofa seating area.

All our packages are bespoke and can be catered toward your needs, but a typical 24-hour rate consists of:
Meeting room hire: Dinner, bed and breakfast, 2 course hot or cold buffet lunch, morning tea, coffee and biscuits, afternoon, tea, coffee and traybakes and VAT.
Prices from £120 subject to availability and time of year. (Per delegate per night)
Free parking for guests/delegates only.
