SOURCE at Gilpin Hotel is a one Michelin Star restaurant located near Windermere. Headed-up by Executive Chef, Ollie Bridgwater (formerly of Heston Blumenthal’s three Michelin Star 'Fat Duck'), their tasting menus combine exquisite ingredients, distinct flavours, seasonality, sustainability and precision, together with exceptional service, to create a fun, vibrant, fine dining experience!

SOURCE at Gilpin Hotel has two different evening tasting menus to choose from. Their ‘ORIGIN‘ menu is a shorter dining experience and provides a great introduction to their concept, which encompasses the same creativity and techniques over a fewer number of courses. Whereas their ‘SOURCE‘ menu is a longer experience that really showcases seasonality and fresh new dishes from the kitchen in an immersive culinary journey – the ultimate SOURCE at Gilpin Hotel experience. Both of these options can be tailored to you with a choice of starter, main course and dessert, so that you can create a Michelin-starred tasting menu that is completely personal to you each time.

Additionally, they now have an exciting new lunch-tasting menu (with a choice of main) available weekly on Fridays and Saturdays.

Furthermore, they pride themselves on using the very best ingredients, which is why their menus change regularly—keeping it fresh but always encompassing the seasonality and skill expected from the SOURCE kitchen.
