At the BAHA you’ll be responsible for cleaning all kitchen pots, pans, etc and tableware used by guests. You will be a key player and your work is invaluable in keeping the heart of the business running. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
Understanding the venues Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Cleaning all kitchen equipment such as pot, pans, utensils, trays etc.
Cleaning all tableware used by guests including but not limited to plates, cups, ramekins, cutlery, bowls etc.
Keeping the pot wash area, clean and tidy during the shift and on finishing your shift.
Not letting any cutlery or tableware go in the bin when in the cleaning process.
Emptying bins.

Ideally you will have:
An interest in hospitality.
Will be looking to learn more kitchen skills.

Pay starts from between £9-11 per hour depending on your age and can go up to £12 with the ability to reach £12.50 if you are selected for a supervisory role.
