Explore the outdoors with easy-to-use outdoor mobility scooters! Outdoor Mobility is a charity which works with amazing outdoor venues to offer all terrain mobility scooters to hire at a low cost. 

The Trampers are very easy to use, safe and comfortable: and are perfect for walks in the countryside with family and friends. Outdoor Mobility has a number of venues around the Lakes to choose from, chosen for their access to stunning views and good facilities. We aim to help you out into areas that might have been difficult in the past – and explore our forests, lakes and fells. 

You can have a two-week taster membership for £5.00, or an annual membership for £15.  You don’t need a blue badge or to disclose information about your disability - the Trampers are for anyone with mobility challenges, whether long-term or temporary.  

You’ll get training from staff at the site to ensure you are confident in using the Tramper before your trip.  

Membership of Outdoor Mobility gives you access not only to Trampers with our partners in the Lake District, but also further afield: in the North York Moors and south west England.
