Job Title: Visitor Experience Duty Manager (2 positions available)
Salary: £25,000.00 – £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Work across all our Lakeland Arts sites including Windermere Jetty Museum, Blackwell – the Arts & Crafts house, and Abbot Hall.
Reporting to: Head of Visitor Experience
Term: Part time, permanent 

1 x 3 days per week – Monday, Thursday & Sunday

1 x 4 days per week – Wednesday to Saturday

Purpose

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all Lakeland Arts venues. You will be an integral part of the Visitor Experience team.

You’ll be responsible for the successful and safe operation of our unique cultural venues.

You will lead our visitor experience teams to ensure our venues look great for our audiences, from the warm welcome they receive to the fond farewell – and everything in between.

Operating independently as the responsible Duty Manager on-site, you’ll be overseeing everything front-of-the-house and play an essential part in the daily checks required to operate a safe working environment. From ensuring the highest standards of presentation and customer service to investigating and supporting teams with health, safety, security and maintenance related issues.
