Choices Health Club Windermere is a unique experience in the Lakes. A large gym, indoor swimming pool, luxury spa and fitness classes all under one roof. Bring the whole family down for a swim, use us to keep up with your home fitness routine whilst away or simply come and relax in our spa area.

We have partnerships with lots of local guest houses and lodges so check your welcome pack! We also serve members of the public and our day passes give you access to all of our club facilities – including classes.

We also provide personal training, massages and beauty treatments, fitness snacks, protein shakes and drinks.

Our team is run by Andy Hallewell, our GM, and Adam Wilson, the assistant manager. All of our staff are trained and happy to assist you and we look forward to welcoming you to our club.

Our gym comprises of Matrix Cardio zones, Matrix fixed Strength Zones, Extensive free weights including squat rack and lifting platform, functional training zones including prowler sled, concept 2 rowers, ski-ergs and turbo trainers.

The studio is fully equipped for all of your favourite classes, such as pump or yoga.

The swimming pool is 15 metres long and the spa area comprises of a large spa, ice machine, roman sauna and scented steam room.
