Nestled between Windermere and Coniston, in the heart of the Lake District. Go Ape’s hub in Grizedale Forest packs a punch with both action and adventure where you can test your nerve amongst the trees on one of two high rope’s courses. Grizedale is also home to Zip Trekking Adventure - a series of tandem zip lines that span the forest. Exclusive to Cumbria, it's a haven for zip wire lovers. This 2–3-hour aerial experience is the perfect way to soak in some breath-taking views. A great day out if you're looking for unique things to do.
This Treetop Challenge is for the true daredevils. Tackle the staggeringly high platforms and tricky tree to tree crossings. Free-falling through the Douglas firs feels particularly heart-stopping at this thrilling location. Take a trip over the busy road below on one of the two speedy zip lines, or really challenge yourself with the free-fall Tarzan Swing. If you’re looking to smash personal goals and have an incredible experience, this is for you.
