We are a residential outdoor adventure holiday centre for people with disabilities, including those with the most complex needs. Our specialist staff tailor a full program of activities across the whole duration of each stay based on abilities of our guests and the prevailing weather conditions. We can accommodate a wide variety of group sizes, ranging from individual adults and families up to large schools and charities. Specialist transport is always provided from the centre to the location of the activity if it is off-site.

As a residential centre for those with disabilities, all our breaks are fully catered and all our bedrooms specially adapted. All equipment required for activities is included in the price and where applicable specially adapted.
State-of-the-Art Multisensory Swimming Pool
Locals and visitors can now choose to enjoy a discounted early bird swim daily between 9am and 10am or a leisurely twilight swim from 5.45pm - 7.15pm. At 12 metres long, it may not be Olympic size but it’s certainly full of surprises. Small but perfectly formed, the water centre includes:
• A fully accessible 12x6m multi-sensory hydrotherapy pool
• Light, sound and projection to stimulate the senses
• Sensory features include a spa, bubble pads and a water fountain – all activated by poolside buttons
• Warm and welcoming water set at a balmy 32°C
• The pool floor can be raised or lowered to alter water depth and aid even those living with the most profound disabilities to enjoy the water (requires advance notice)
• Spacious family changing rooms plus poolside changing rooms with hoists
• The pool can be booked for private use or guests can join a public session with a maximum of 24 swimmers

As a residential centre, activities are inclusive in the price as part of a structured and bespoke holiday. Number and type of activities undertaken are dependent on length of stay and weather conditions, and are tailored to each group, family or individual.
Situated above Bassenthwaite lake on the A591, we are 3 miles north of Keswick and 10 miles south of Bothel.
