Accommodation comprises:
• Cosy sitting room with wood burning stove fire, 2 large sofas and an armchair, 46 inch smart television, speakers with wireless streaming amplifier, and and great views out of the window.
• Large dining room with table and six chairs - an ideal place for catching up on the days adventures over supper.
• Kitchen with plenty of units, electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer lovely views across the garden and beyond to Clough Head.
• Bathroom with bath (including a shower attachment above), wash basin and toilet.
Outhouse with washer and dryer, and lockable storage for your bikes and charging for e bikes.
Double en-suite bedroom with shower room including a wash basin and toilet.
Second super king bedroom with a lovely views.
Twin bedroom with two single beds and lovely views over to Blencathra.
Outside: There is a garden at the side of the property which is sheltered with a south-facing aspect, lawn area and a stream running along its bordered - a lovely place to sit and enjoy the fantastic views with BBQ. Plenty of private parking available.
