907 reviewsOur Lake District holiday home for hire boasts a modern interior and luxury home comforts to enjoy during your stay. The open plan lounge diner is finished to a high standard, with attractive furnishings and comfortable sofas to relax and unwind after a busy day. On chilly winter evenings, the lounge is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine in front of the wood burner, whilst watching the TV. There's also a cosy snug area, where you can make use of a selection of books.
The well-equipped kitchen contains everything you will need to cook up a storm during your self-catering holiday. The kitchen is light and bright, with granite work tops and a built-in fridge freezer. There's a four-ring induction hob as well as combination and conventional oven. For your convenience, the kitchen features a dish washer and washing machine.
3 Spacious Bedrooms
There is one single bedroom on the ground floor and one double bedroom, each with plenty of storage and their own en suite shower rooms. The upstairs master bedroom has a number of roof windows, which allows natural light to flood the room. All the bedrooms boast black out blinds or curtains so you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Across the landing, there is an excellent size family bathroom with a shower above the bath.
Outdoor Space
At the rear of the holiday cottage, there is a large grassed area where you can spend quality family time together. There's plenty of space for the little ones to play ball games and enjoy spending time outdoors. There's also a selection of outdoor furniture and a picnic bench, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal.

Leave the M6 motorway at Junction 36 and follow the A590 to Newby Bridge. Turn right onto A592 for 3.6 miles and take a right turn (the site is signposted). Park Cliffe is approximately 1/3rd of a mile on right.
Please note: Caravans and motorhomes must approach Park Cliffe from the direction of Newby Bridge. We advise visitors to Park Cliffe not to use satellite navigation devices as they often route vehicles through the area's many narrow lanes. Best progress will result from using these directions.
