How will Team Away days and Corporate Events benefit my organisation?
Bringing the team away from their normal working environment can solve many business challenges. Teams working remotely, across many sites or just in busy environments, are brought together, allowing them to share an experience, break down barriers and improve their communication and motivation. Outdoor activities programs are fun and engaging, allowing people quality time together and time to focus on business objectives.
Where do our events take place?
Each program or Team Away day is run in the stunning landscape of the Lake District National Park - providing an endless magical playground for outdoor adventure and learning.
Team away days:
Share a fun-packed time away with your team with our popular day events. We have a wide range of activities to choose from to suit all abilities. We offer everything from an adrenaline-packed ghyll scramble to a more relaxed day canoeing on the lake.
We can tailor the day to include a focus on your specific aims or your team can enjoy and experience our activities just as they are.
Corporate Development Training
We offer muti-day corporate development and training, perfect for those wanting to spend a longer period working with their team or for those who would like a more facilitated outdoor learning program.
Outdoor development provides a level of challenge and complexity that reflects the business environment. Presenting problems that need real solutions resulting in real learning that can be transferred back to the workplace. We take people into a different environment offering experiences that invite them to explore different ways of thinking and problem solving.
We make time within our programs for periods of review, reflection and feedback enabling individuals to reflect on their experience and relate it back to the workplace. Our courses are run by experienced facilitators and instructors.
Guide Prices
All our away days and programmes are bespoke. A member of our team will work with you to design a course or event that suits both your objectives and budget.
We can also help source or advise you on accommodation and conference rooms.
