The Lake Edge Restaurant
The Lake Edge Restaurant at Storrs Hall offers an à la carte menu that changes with the seasons. Our team of Chefs, aim at simplicity and great flavours, using the best ingredients exceptionally well cooked. Local, seasonal, and sustainably produced food is important to us.
We provide pleasurable food, firm favourites that are perennially popular – but prepared with loving care and attention in house, and cooked exceptionally well. Our dining ethos is about your pleasure.
The Bistro
Offers a relaxed and informal bistro menu with plenty of choice, prepared with the same quality ingredients and unstinting attention to detail as the A la Carte menu. The Bistro is open to non-residents.
Afternoon Tea
Our traditional Afternoon Tea is served daily between 12.30pm and 4.30pm. Celebrate a special occasion or catch up with family and friends, whilst you relax in one of our comfortable lounges or conservatory. Wherever you choose to sit you will be able to enjoy wonderful views over the grounds to the lake and surrounding fells.
We provide the quintessentially Lake District experience for an Afternoon Tea, including a Tiny Tots version so that all the family can partake. Indulge in delicious homemade cakes, pastries and freshly baked scones served with Cornish clotted cream and preserve. All of which are served along side a selection of finger sandwiches and a selection of tea blends and infusions.
