The Swan at Grasmere is tucked beneath the dramatic fells that surround the timeless village and offers dining all day, every day. Whether you’re lingering over a lazy breakfast or lunch, stopping off from sightseeing for a snack, or feasting on a hearty plate of delicious fare after scaling a summit, The Swan is the perfect place to drop by for a flavour-packed Cumbrian pub classic.
For a standout Sunday Lunch, head over from 12 noon until 5pm for generous helpings of hand-carved beef, pork or turkey with crispy roast potatoes, towering Yorkshire puddings, lashings of flavoursome gravy and all the trimmings. Sweet lovers will be spoilt for choice with an indulgent array of homemade British treats, from sticky toffee puddings, crumbles, cheesecakes and local dairy ice creams.
Little ones will love The Swan’s children’s Menu, full of favourites for even the fussiest of eaters.
The gorgeous beer garden with an epic backdrop of mighty Lake District mountains and fells is perfect for relaxing in with a glass of your favourite drink. Try a signature cocktail, gorgeous gin serve, hand pulled ale or a perfect glass of wine, whilst taking in the panoramic views.
Muddy boots, children and dogs are always welcome!
