The Lake District Food Hall at Holker Hall celebrates the rich artisan food and drink traditions of Cumbria in its converted 18th Century stable building next to Holker Hall's Cafe and restaurant. More than 50 local producers are represented, offering a range of Lake District artisan meats, dairy, bakery, confectionery, jams, preserves, chutneys, sauces - as well as locally brewed craft beers, small-batch distilled spirits and seasonal vegetables. The Lake District Food Hall boasts the only dedicated Venison Counter in the Lake District, where sustainably-managed Holker Estate venison, including haunch, steaks, dice, sausages and burgers supplied direct from the Estate's gamekeeper are available.
