An evening sail on Coniston Lake aboard this restored Victorian boat is a stand out experience for you and your guests on your special day. We work closely with Brantwood, on the shores of Coniston Water, a licensed venue for civil wedding ceremonies to offer an additional and unique experience as part of your wedding day. Gondola isn’t licensed for civil ceremonies. Passengers can board at Brantwood jetty following the ceremony, for canapés and champagne from Brantwood’s restaurant.
Seating capacity:
Gondola is licensed for up to 86 passengers using both the outside space and indoor seating areas; inside there is seating for 50 people. If you’re having catering during your sail with us, the maximum we recommend is 50 guests.
Catering
Due to the nature of the yacht, we ask that you only use one of our recommended and approved local suppliers for your on-board catering. We’re unable to accommodate parties who wish to bring their own food and drink.
There are no toilets on board. Public toilets including disabled facilities are available at the pier. Refreshments available at the Bluebird cafe. Pre-booking necessary for groups.
