This outdoor swimming course takes place at the picturesque Rydal Water, a charming small lake. The morning session is ideal for those who are new to outdoor swimming. It aims to enhance your knowledge and boost your confidence while teaching you the essential skills needed for wild swimming.
All swimmers are welcome, and you can choose any stroke you prefer: freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly, or even Olde English…
Don't have the necessary gear yet? No worries! We provide quality wetsuits and equipment for hire at no extra cost; just remember to request a wetsuit when you make your reservation.
To wrap up the morning, we'll enjoy hot drinks and cake by the lake. Additionally, you will receive a Swim the Lakes swim cap and a Certificate of Achievement. We can't wait to see you in the water—who knows where this journey might lead you!
