Rampsbeck Restaurant
Our restaurant is a relaxed, ambient space with an open kitchen and views of the lake.
Rampsbeck’s style is contemporary British cooking at its best – but with a global twist. The three-course menu showcases Cumbria’s finest ingredients, including produce from the vegetable patch in the grounds. Classical techniques combine international flavours, from chorizo crusted cod loin with broad beans to king oyster mushroom and truffled goat’s curd. Seasonal and fresh, every dish comes with signature flair and individuality.
