Bushcraft isn’t just about surviving the apocalypse. In the Lake District, Cumbria you can learn the basics about the natural world around you, from how to build a basic shelter to how to light a fire without matches or a lighter. There’s bushcraft experiences for all levels of interest, but wouldn’t be nice to be able to spot those plants and berries you can eat as well as the ones you really shouldn’t? Take the whole family along and cook a meal al very fresco - and we’re talking pizzas and pancakes!
You may leave the Lake District, but once you’ve been, it’ll never leave you.
