A fanatastic canoe journey on Coniston Water with a twist!
Explore Coniston Water - one of the Lake Districts' famous lakes and see the magnificent scenery from a Canadian Canoe. We'll tailor the day to suit your group - whether it’s a fun day of games, exploring the lake and splashing with the whole family or a relaxing scenic journey, stopping along the way to visit its hidden coves and the remote Peel Island - also known as ‘Wild Cat Island’ from the famous book and feature film 'Swallows and Amazons'.
Along the way we will stop off to try a little Bushcraft. We will cover the exciting and essential skills of how to make a fire using Fire Strikers. You’ll be able to boil water to make a brew and toast some marshmallows over the fire.
Our canoes are designed to fit two adults and a child or even a dog! If you have small children, or you’re not too confident on the water - not to worry - we can join two canoes together to make a super stable and easy-to-paddle canoe raft. Fun for all the family. You'll be coached by an experienced instructor who will equip you with all the skills and everything you will need to have a safe and amazing adventure.
We provide all the necessary safety equipment and instruction so all you need to do is sit back and enjoy the adventure!
We take photos and send them to you FREE at the end so you will have memories you'll remember forever.
