Because the Lake District, Cumbria is a destination for the whole family, so our menu of activities is broad enough to satisfy every interest and ability. From farm experiences to taking to the water in a kayak, we have exactly what it takes to keep the whole family happy.
A trip to the World of Beatrix Potter? What about some quad biking, Go-Karting or a family trip aboard segways? Amp up the thrill factor at Go Ape in Grizedale Forest and Whinlatter, or test your mettle at the Infinity Bridge at Honister Slate Mine. Or how about getting all Willy Wonka with a visit to the Children’s Chocolate Factory in Hawkshead?
For the less sunny days, there are lots of indoor activities to keep the family happy, including swimming pools, museums, theatres and art galleries.
